Souvadra received BS (Research) degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore where he studied Biology and Computer Science. He is currently working towards his PhD degree, under Dr. Richard Vuduc, in the School of Computational Science and Engineering at Georgia Insitute of Technology. His research interests include HPC algorithms, computational genomics, and hardware-software codesign.
