In 1998, Dr. Duncan Riach delivered digital silicon architecture and design for NVIDIA’s first GPU. Since 2017, he has been focused on the acceleration of deep learning algorithms and is currently a Principal Engineer in NVIDIA’s Applied Deep Learning Research group. Duncan has worked extensively on achieving reproducible GPU-accelerated deep learning. He initiated and drove the project to make TensorFlow operate deterministically.
