I have worked in FSI for nearly 30 years mainly as a quantitative software developer developing large scale risk management systems for fixed income derivatives, Proprietary trading, an investment banking. I have managed many teams over the years and was a director in Deutsche Bank, global head of platform engineering in market risk before joining Boston, and have worked in senior roles in many other major banks (e.g. JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and 2 hedge funds).
Over that time I have also managed AI and data science teams for many years in banking and worked with innovation labs most of the time.
