Biography
Seungwon Lee (VP of Technology) leads Computing SW Lab
(Tech Unit) at SAIT(Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology), Samsung Electronics.
His research interests include in/near-memory computing and large scale computing using deep learning.
He’s been in charge of new programming model that includes PIM SW Stack since 2018.
From 2016 and 2020, He led the development of a compiler and quantizer for in-house neural processor. Before join that, he also managed the project for a compiler and programming model for multiple DSPs.
Lee obtained his Ph.D in computer science and engineering from Seoul National University.
