John Sirevicius is a team lead at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences (LPS) that is affiliated with University of Maryland. He is working on methods to reduce the overall energy consumption of large computer systems, specifically by using Superconducting Digital Computing (SDC). He has managed research funding to other institutions as well as his own research team on small- and large-scale problems on how to make SDC more broadly applicable and efficient for digital computation.
