Lydia Vermeyden has over 15 years of experience teaching across many subject areas including: programming, and ARC support. She has spent the last three years working for both regional and national organizations in Canada, building supports and training initiatives for researchers interested in ARC. This includes programs for digital research support for Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) in Atlantic Canada and founding a annual national HSS digital workshop series. She is currently Director, new research services for Calcul Québec and Manager, Special Initiatives for ACENET. She has a MSc. in Physics and Quantum Information from the University of Waterloo.
