Biography
General Manager for HPC & AI Cloud Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Nic Dube leads the organization responsible for delivering strong scaling applications and complex workflows, on demand. As Chief Architect for the Business Unit, Nic is pushing HPE’s post-exascale strategy to enable “systems of systems”, through a workflow orchestration framework that will connect instruments at the edge to supercomputing resources, ultimately providing data and insight to cloud connected users, anywhere, anytime. Nic led the team that delivered ORNL's Frontier and broke the exascale barrier for the first time in history. Previously, he has served as the technical lead for the Advanced Development Group, architected HPE’s exascale PathForward program, spearheaded ARM enablement in HPC and designed many leadership HPC systems around the globe. Nic is the recipient of the 2014 R&D Award, the US Dept. of Energy Sustainability Award, and the National Renewable Energy Lab Outstanding Business Collaboration Award.
