Daniel Martinez-Gonzalez is an engineer and data scientist working with the U.S. Army Technology Development Directorate (TDD) Computational Aeromechanics group at NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, CA, employed as a contractor for the Science and Technology Corporation. His core expertise lies in the orchestration and deployment of machine learning and data analytics workflows in diverse HPC infrastructures, in a wide variety of domains such as computational engineering, aerospace, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. During his graduate research and as part of his thesis, he developed a hydrodynamic model to study the circulation and coastal dynamics of a sector in the north of the island of Puerto Rico.
