Ross Miller
Biography
Ross Miller joined ORNL in 2009. He is a software developer who has worked on a wide variety of projects related to HPC in general and HPC storage systems in particular. These projects include I/O monitoring systems and systems for using solid state storage devices to accelerate I/O to parallel filesystems.
Besides working on HPC storage systems, Ross is actively involved in setting up testbeds at OLCF. He is also an active member of the ARM architecture community and is investigating the use of ARM CPUs for HPC workloads.
