Toshio Yoshida
Biography
Mr. Toshio Yoshida is an executive director of the Advanced Technology Development Unit at Fujitsu Limited. Mr. Yoshida has been responsible for the development initiatives of Fujitsu's high-performance processors. He joined Fujitsu in 1999 and has been engaged in the development of SPARC-based processors for Fujitsu Unix servers and the K computer, as well as the A64FX, an Arm-based processor for the supercomputer Fugaku. His interests lie in processor architecture for HPC, AI and data centers. He received a master’s degree in theoretical nuclear physics from the University of Tokyo in 1999.
