I am an experimental biologist whose research interests focus on G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) drug discovery and personalised medicine. My lab develops computational approaches to characterize the molecular properties of GPCR ligand binding and signal transduction and uses these data to inform our experimental work. I also like working at the interface between research and teaching and provide access to sophisticated HPC resources to undergraduate bioscience and medical students as part of their taught curriculum. Establishment of this novel user base will help shape future policy and resource development in HPC and improve diversity in the demographic of HPC users.
