Biography
Linghao Song is a postdoctoral researcher in UCLA Computer Science Department. His research interests include accelerator architecture, in-memory processing, and FPGA systems. He has published works in HPCA, ISCA, FPGA and many other conferences. His ReRAM accelerators PipeLayer and GraphR have gained more than 1,000 citations since 2017, he developed the Sextans/Serpens accelerators which are high-performance FPGA sparse linear algebra routines, and he designed the Callipepla accelerator for conjugate gradient solvers on high-bandwidth-memory FPGAs and integrated it into Ansys LS-DYNA software flow. He received Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Duke University. He received the 2020 EDAA Outstanding Dissertation Award and the 2021 Duke ECE Outstanding Dissertation Award.
