Eleanor Broadway is an Applications Consultant at EPCC, the University of Edinburgh, where she works as an RSE providing in-depth user support for the UK’s national supercomputing system and participates in a variety of different technical projects (including PRACE, HPC-Europa and CompBioMed). Eleanor has a MPhys in Theoretical Physics with interests in CPU and GPU architectures, porting existing CPU applications to GPU and performance optimizations. She is also involved in teaching as a course tutor and MSc supervisor, has an active role in EPCC’s outreach program and regularly contributes to and volunteers at community events.
