Daniela Loreti
Biography
Daniela Loreti is junior assistant professor of Operating Systems at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Bologna.
Her research focuses on distributed systems for big data management, stream processing, GPU-oriented programming paradigms as well as parallel paradigms for high performance computing. She is also author of several papers on the parallelization of artificial intelligence techniques in the fields of machine learning, process mining and expert systems.
Recently, her main research area has been related to energy models for parallel software and the sustainability of fault-tolerant linear algebra HPC algorithms.
