Biography
Timofey Mukha is a postdoctoral researcher at the Extreme Computing Research Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. Previously, he worked in similar roles at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He obtained his PhD degree in Scientific Computing at Uppsala University in 2018, working in the area of turbulence modeling and simulation. His main scientific interests are high-order computational fluid dynamics, large-eddy simulation, and wall modelling. Timofey is also an active contributor to open source simulation software such as Neko, OpenFOAM, Nek5000, and several Python packages developed individually or in collaboration with other researchers.
