Biography
Sudip Seal leads the Systems and Decision Sciences Group of the Mathematics in Computation Section in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division, Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is also a Joint ORNL-UT Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds a PhD in computer engineering and a PhD in theoretical high energy physics. He specializes in the design, development and analysis of scalable parallel algorithms for large-scale applications of traditional and AI-driven methods in science and engineering.
