Michael Sullivan
Biography
Michael B. Sullivan is a senior research scientist in the architecture research group at NVIDIA. His main research interest is the design of efficient, dependable, and secure large-scale computer systems. Specifically, his research has focused on system-level reliability modeling with cross-layer coordination, strong memory system protection, low-cost pipeline protection, the design of low-cost security mechanisms, and efficient and reliable application-specific acceleration. He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, computer engineering, and mathematics from George Mason University, and a Ph.D. degree in computer architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
