Dr. Jenny Li is a full professor of Computer Science at Kean University and has been on rotation at the National Science Foundation (NSF) Computer Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Directorate since the Spring of 2022 as a program director. She manages programs in Learning and Workforce Development (LWD) of the Office of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure (OAC). She has published over 120 peer-reviewed papers and is a holder of 20 patents. Prior to joining Kean, she was a leading research scientist at various Bell Labs. She received her B.S. in Computer Science from Dalhousie University and Ph.D. in Software Engineering from University of Waterloo Canada. Her current research interests include mathematical interpretation and testing of AI/ML and AI/ML's applications to software engineering and scientific research.
