Marc-André Hermanns
Biography
Marc-André Hermanns is a Computer Scientist at the IT Center of RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He received a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hagen, Germany in 2008. He earned his dotorate in 2018 from RWTH Aachen University. He has been active in the MPI Forum since 2008 and is currently co-chair of its tools working group, involved in designing portable tools interfaces for the Message Passing Interface (MPI) standard. Marc-Andre’s research focuses on performance analysis tools for parallel programming. His research interests include parallel and distributed architecture, performance analysis techniques, and parallel programming paradigms.
