Biography
Michael Jantz is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. At UTK, he leads the CORSys research group, which aims to design and build innovative techniques in the areas of compilers, operating systems, and runtime systems to achieve faster, safer and more efficient execution on modern and emerging architectures. His work investigates a variety of topics related to compute performance and efficiency, program profiling and analysis, runtime data management, as well as secure execution of program binaries.
