Fang Wang received the BE and master's degree in computer science, and the PhD degree in computer architecture from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 1994, 1997, and 2001, respectively. She is currently a professor of computer science and engineering in Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. Her interests include distribute file systems, parallel I/O storage systems and graph processing systems. She has more than 80 publications in major journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE TN, ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization, ICDE, INFOCOM, SC, ICDCS, HPDC, ICPP, ICCD, MSST, DATE, COLING and IWQoS.
