Differential Frequency Heterodyne Time-of-flight Imaging for Instantaneous Depth and Velocity Estimation
DescriptionDoppler ToF imaging utilizes heterodyne modulation to measure the velocity from the Doppler frequency shift, which uniquely facilitates the instantaneous radial velocity estimation. This work extends the conventional D-ToF theory to arbitrary frequency, making it possible to find the optimal sampling and decoding method for simultaneous depth and velocity sensing.
